Santi Giovanni Evangelista e Petronio

Santi Giovanni e Petronio dei Bolognesi (Saints John the Evangelist and Petronius of the Bolognese), the national church of the Bolognese on the Via del Mascherone, Rome. It was first built in 1186 or earlier but, when it was given to the Bolognese community in Rome by Pope Gregory XIII in 1581, they had it rebuilt by the Bolognese architect Ottaviano Mascherino. It is a titular church.
